Driver Age
The minimum age limit is 23 years old provided that the driver holds a driving license for at least 12 months.
Driving License
The driver’s license must be Greek, European (for EU countries), or International (for countries outside the EU).
Payment Method
The Renter must present an acceptable credit/debit card to e-Mini living to cover the amounts related to the deposit, any further charges, and the payment of the rental cost. Specifically, for cases where the rental cost is up to €500, including VAT, the Renter can pay the rental with cash.
Deposit
Upon receiving the car, the rental fee and the amount of €1200 will be blocked by the credit/debit card as a deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period, provided that no other charges arise. The release of the amount may take up to 14 days depending on the card issuer’s bank.
Delayed Return
At the end of the rental agreement, e-Mini living allows for a delayed return of the car free of charge for up to thirty (30) minutes after the agreed time. Beyond the thirty-minute delay, the Renter will be charged an additional fee of one extra day.
Fines and Violations
All fines and administrative penalties resulting from the driver’s liability are fully borne by the Renter.
Insurance (BCDW)
All e-Mini living authorized car drivers are insured against civil liability for material damage and bodily injury to third parties, as well as for material damage from uninsured vehicles and terrorist acts of fire, with a coverage limit of up to €1,200 (including also own car damages for the same amount). The above coverage is subject to the general terms and conditions of the e-Mini living contract with its insurance company.
Insurance (SDW) – Including (BCDW)
With the acquisition of SDW insurance, drivers are additionally covered with insurance for damages to the rented vehicle as well as theft, both total and partial, by paying an additional €20 per day of rental with a coverage limit of up to € 800. In any case, damages to the underside of the car, roof, and wheels are not covered.
Insurance (FDW) – Including (SDW)
The renter’s liability for damages to the rented vehicle as well as total or partial theft of the rented vehicle can be limited to €400 by paying an additional €30 per day of rental. Damages to the underside of the car, roof, and wheels are not covered.
Driver Coverage (PAC)
Offered at a rate of €8 per day and covers:
Driver bodily injury up to €20,000.
Accident File Expenses (IAF)
The driver is charged €35 + VAT in case of an accident, regardless of liability. This amount is non-refundable.
Fine File Expenses (FAF)
The driver is charged €20 + VAT in case of a fine resulting from a violation of the Highway Code. This amount is non-refundable.
Additional Drivers
Daily charge of €6 per day for each additional driver.
Charging Policy
For our cars, the Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with at least 10% of the battery. If this is lower, then the “Low Charge Fee” will apply. The Renter will be called to fully compensate for any loss or damage to the car’s charging cable regardless of the coverage package chosen. The cost varies by cable model and manufacturer.

Available in all vehicles with no extra charge.
Car Type Changes
The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different type of car from the one initially reserved, from a corresponding category (electric or hybrid technology).
Pick-up and Drop-off
Pick-up/drop-off of the car within the island of Mykonos is possible free of charge upon agreement. For every delivery or pick-up outside working hours, there will be an additional charge for each event separately. Working hours: Monday-Sunday 09:00-20:00.
Renting Outside of Borders
Not allowed.
Transportation by Ship
Not allowed. In any other case, the Lessee is responsible for any damage that may be caused to the rented vehicle during transportation for any reason, regardless of any coverage or liability limitations that have been accepted and paid for at the start of the lease.
Road Assistance
Autorent (24-hour service) in case of accident or breakdown call (+30) 210 5158950. In cases of immobilization of the electric vehicle due to low battery level, a charge of €60 + VAT applies, which is borne by the driver, for the transportation of the vehicle to the nearest charging point.

Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the day and time your rental begins , no cancellation fee will be charged and you will have a full refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the day and time of your rental, we will refund the amount minus € 35+VAT.
If you reserve a vehicle within 48 hours of the rental date and time and you will cancel the reservation, we will refund the amount minus € 35+VAT.
If you will not collect your vehicle at the agreed date and time after 40 minutes, your booking will be automatically cancelled and we will refund your amount minus € 80+ΦΠΑ
Credit card must be under the name of the main driver and he/she must present it at the time of picking the vehicle.
